Shipping, delivery and payment methods:

We guarantee that all orders placed on shop.samgames.es will be shipped within 72 hours. (in working days) after verification of payment.

We guarantee that all our prices include 21% VAT. In the case of shipment to the Canary Islands, Andorra, United Kingdom or any country outside the European Community, where the order goes through customs, the web will discount the 21% VAT when entering the country of destination.

– In the event that the EU customer is registered as an importer/exporter in the VIES, he/she will be able to apply for VAT exemption. Once verified and approved by Billares Sam S.A.U., the orders placed will be calculated without VAT.

Types of transport:

Our online shop specifies in the order the shipping costs, automatically calculated from the weight and dimensions of the goods. When you make the payment, the shipping costs are included.

From the moment the goods leave our premises, they are under the responsibility of the transport company for tracking and delivery.

shop.samgames.es uses two types of transport:

NACEX: Spain, Portugal, Andorra and islands (excluding Gibraltar).

GLS: Rest of Europe (including Gibraltar).

Accepted payment methods and commissions per payment method:

Only credit card payment is allowed, without any commission or cost for our customer.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs will always be reflected in the shopping cart before placing the order. If we have any promotion of free transport or discount on transport we will indicate it on the web.

Note: For orders sent to Ceuta, Melilla or any destination that needs to be shipped without VAT or customs clearance please contact us before placing your order to make a customised order.

Shipping conditions:

Our shipments will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer. P.O. Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.

In the event that the customer is not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, he/she should contact the shipping company.

Guarantee:

Billares Sam S.A.U. guarantees the quality of the product it covers, in the legally established terms, for a period of one year extendable to two years depending on the product or manufacturer.

If you want to make use of the guarantee, please contact us at our e-mail address shop@shop.samgames.es and describe the problem you have detected in the product.

Billares Sam S.A.U. will try to solve the problem or, if necessary, replace the goods.

To do so, you must return the damaged merchandise to us. Once we check its malfunction, we will send you the repaired merchandise or a new one to replace it.

During the first year of warranty, the shipping costs of returning the goods will be paid by the customer until Billares Sam S.A.U. verifies that it meets the requirements of the warranty. If so, these expenses will be reimbursed, and the shipping of the repaired or new product will be at the expense of Billares Sam S.A.U.

During the second year of guarantee, the transport will be paid by the client, entering in guarantee the labour and the necessary pieces for the repair of the product, for this transport of the second year of guarantee always will be given budget for the acceptance of the payment on the part of the client.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorised Technical Service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, in the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value:

– If any of the data on the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced.

– If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.

To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the proof of purchase.

Returning an article:

To return an item, please send us an e-mail to the following address: shop@shop.samgames.es.

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of return. The shipping and collection costs in case of return shall be borne by the customer.

In order to make the return, the product must be in perfect condition as it was sent without showing that it has been used, it must have its original packaging, it must arrive to us well closed and with its box protected as it was sent with black film or similar so that the sticker of the company never damages the original box. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer.

Very important: All the products that we try to return and are not in perfect condition, will be returned to the customer paying the amount of the new shipment, so in case of any doubt please contact us to approve the return.

Our goal is always that all customers of Billares Sam S.A.U. are satisfied with the treatment received by our customer service team, either when making a purchase, when making a phone call or visit. Very important to take into account:

All our articles leave the factory with the packaging in perfect condition. Please, if at the moment of delivery you notice any damage in the packaging, please REJECT the goods and inform our sales department. Even if the packaging is in perfect condition, please note on the delivery note that it is pending inspection and sign it, because if you only sign it without indicating anything, the delivery is considered to be accepted. Check the condition of the goods and report any damage you observe within 24 HOURS AFTER delivery by e-mail to shop@shop.samgames.es.

Please be aware that we CANNOT RESPOND to damage claims made more than 24 hours after delivery and cannot be held responsible if the delivery note is signed without any annotation. It is always very important to note pending inspection. If the box is damaged or marked, make a note of the damaged package and then sign it.

Notify the person who has to receive the goods if it is not the same person who placed the order.
